Diana Simumpande is Zambian-born creative based in Tāmaki Makaurau. She works as a copywriter helping some of Aotearoa's most loved brands tell their stories.

The other part of Diana’s life revolves around her art. She splits herself between her work as a freelance photographer choosing to focus on narrative portraiture that centres diasporic African experiences. Realising the growing black population in New Zealand, she hopes to create images that tell the stories of the diaspora.
